Delete your account

From inside the app (website or Android app)

• Sign in, then tap your profile picture or initials (top-right on phones, bottom-left of the sidebar on a computer).
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

By email

Can't sign in? Email rishipanna2009@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Skool Genie account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account — email, name, mobile number and profile photo.
• All study data — tests and answers, concept mastery, streaks and badges, saved items, study plan, goals and tasks.
• Genie chat history and its memory about you.
• Any Pro plan on the account. Pro is not refundable and cannot be moved to another account, so download anything you need first.

Deletion is permanent. We keep no copy except what the law requires for payments: the Razorpay payment record (amount, date, payment ID) stays with Razorpay and in our accounts for tax purposes, without your study data.

Deleting only some data

Want to keep your account but clear your progress? Email rishipanna2009@gmail.com and tell us what to remove (for example “clear my test history”).
