Terms of Service

The service

Skool Genie gives Class 9-12, JEE and NEET students practice tests, previous-year questions, notes, mind maps, 3D models, a study planner, predictions and an AI tutor (“Genie”). Part of it is free; the rest needs Pro.

Pro: price and validity

• Pro costs ₹999 for 1 year at the launch price (first 100 students), and ₹2,999 for 1 year after that. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
• Pro is valid for 1 year from the day your payment is confirmed. It's a one-time payment — nothing renews automatically.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). If you pay through our payment link, Pro is switched on once we match your payment ID to your account, usually within a few hours.
• Pro includes the features and content we add during your year.

One account per student

A Pro account is for one student only. It's personal and non-transferable — don't share your login or resell access. We may suspend accounts that are clearly shared or resold.

No refunds

All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable. Please try the free plan first (a sample test, free notes chapters, 3D models and Genie) before you buy. The only exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you paid but Pro never unlocked and we can't fix it — email rishipanna2009@gmail.com from your account email with your payment ID and we'll refund that payment to its original method (bank timelines apply, usually 5-7 working days).

Content accuracy

We work hard to keep questions, answers, notes and videos correct, but mistakes can happen. Content is provided “as is” for study help. If something looks wrong, report it in the app or email us and we'll fix it. Always cross-check with your NCERT textbook and official exam notices. Skool Genie is not affiliated with CBSE, CISCE, NTA or NCERT.

Predictions are estimates, not guarantees

The Paper Predictor, score predictor, readiness rings and similar features are statistical estimates based on past papers and your practice. They are not promises about what will appear in any exam or what marks you'll get.

No leaked papers

Skool Genie never has, uses or sells leaked or confidential exam papers. “Predicted” papers are built only from publicly available previous-year papers and syllabus patterns.

Fair use

• Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our notes, questions or other content.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the app's security or paywall.
• Use the Genie for studying — not to cheat in a live exam or to produce harmful content.

Our responsibility

We aim to keep Skool Genie available and working, but can't promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using Skool Genie any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. Please email us first — most things can be sorted out quickly.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top. Changes don't reduce what you already paid for.
